If, for any reason, your Scan My Pet product has been delivered damaged, please immediately inform our team by email: info@scanmypet.ch et vous recevrez un remplacement gratuit.
Damage must be reported by email within 3 days of delivery.
Each Scan My Pet product being unique and equipped with a verified identifier, returns are only possible if the packaging is still sealed and unused. Once the item is opened, returns are no longer possible.
All Scan My Pet products benefit from an extended warranty for optimal functionality. If your product no longer works (even with normal use) (defective QR/NFC code), we will replace it free of charge.

Serious damage, scratches or visual defects caused by misuse are excluded from the extended warranty.
