    You can update your pet's information at any time, directly via your customer account. Changes are instant and free.
  • Is the electronic chip still necessary?
    Yes, the electronic chip remains mandatory in Switzerland and several European countries. Scan My Pet is an intelligent complement that makes reunions faster and accessible to everyone, even without specialized readers.
  • Is my data secure?
    Absolutely! All your data is hosted in Switzerland and protected according to the highest security standards. You maintain total control over the information shared.

  • What are the delivery times in Switzerland?
    Your orders are shipped from the canton of Vaud by Swiss Post. You will receive your tag within 2 to 5 business days in Switzerland.
  • Are there shipping fees?
    Shipping fees in Switzerland are free for all orders. We also ship throughout Europe with variable fees depending on destination.
